With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, more and more attention has been paid to knowledge management. World-renowned enterprises and multinational corporations have put knowledge management into practice in succession, and also benefited from it. Similarly, the government, which possesses enormous information resources, also needs the methods, means and thoughts of knowledge management to boost the administrative efficiency and improve the ability of serving society and public. Namely, build a high-efficient, innovative and service-oriented government by adopting knowledge management.
