This thesis aims to explore new technology and methodology emerging in enterprise's knowledgeable employee management sector in a so-called knowledge economy environment. Modeling methodology of both physics and mathematics is introduced to establish the two major models and other evolved models. They represent a new view with systematic, vivid and flexible models, referring to the most up-to-date works in Knowledge Management and Knowledgeable Talent Management sectors. In the first part, the overwhelming trend in the knowledge economy time is shown. The trend pushes the innovatory process of management patterns and all enterprises under this trend have to confront the requirement of changing in both ideas and practices. The second part of the thesis discusses the details of Knowledgeable Employee's Macro Motion Model (KEMMM) based on abstractive basis and real basis. The abstractive basis consists of definitions and hypotheses of knowledgeable employees, discuss about inbeing of knowledge economy, influences of knowledge in human history and thoughts about intrinsic nature of human being. The major model of KEMMM is evolved from motion of particles in micro physics area. It makes a leveling of all Primary Particles into different Energy Zones depending on Knowledge Energy property of each individual particle. Motions of Primary Particles include energy exchanging with Knowledge Energy Field around them and leaps between different Energy Zones. Another three-dimension motion theory is induced from major model to directly demonstrate usage of the major model. Three evolved sub-models and their practical cases prove to be good support to its usage. The Competition Converting Model (CCM) is discussed in the third part in a structure similar to KEMMM. CCM model is evolved from investigations on stuff's knowledge creation, accumulation and subsequent value adds of their knowledge. A Fcoc function is introduced to describe the competition status of a stuff. In Model I, Fcoc is converted to Fcc, i.e. competition function of enterprise, by an extensively defined Knowledge Management System (KMS). Then in Model II, Fcoc is considered as separated competition functions of each stuff. Two effects, Add Effect and Multiple Effect, future the KMS and make it more meaningful than ever. In Model III, Fcoc(t) is disassembled into constant quantum, linear quantum and quadric quantum. After deducing from them, five competition quantums in real management life present ten cases of Multiple Effect, which will value in management practices. As an integral management case to CCM, a group of companies' knowledge management practices is analyzed at the end. The last part makes a conclusion for all the content above, and points out deficiencies and possible exploring fields in the future.
