The contemporary society has already entered the knowledge economyage,Knowledge economy puts forward new requirements to our army’s newtalent management model.How to constructing a suitable for the new situation and the developmentof new period military personnel management mode under the guidance of MaoZedong thought,Deng Xiaoping theory,the important thought of "ThreeRepresents" and the scientific outlook on development,is important to deal withthe serious challenge,optimization of military personnel management,give fullplay to the positive role of outstanding talents, strengthen our armyconstruction,this paper is aimed at the research on this topic.This article Try to construct of the era of knowledge economy our armynew talent management model based on dialectical materialism and historicalmaterialism guidance,Using Political science,management science,militaryscience,economics,sociology,history theory and method,Based on theavailable literatures to conduct the system research. The main content of thispaper includes the following aspects:The first part:Introduction. Include the background of this paper is explained,paper elaborated the academic value,the theory meaning andpractical value this paper writing,and specific research methods.Second part: on our army at present personnel management mode analysis,the model of talent management concepts related to interpret and analyzecombing of the era of knowledge economy of our army’s new talentmanagement mode of new content and features; analysis of our personnelmanagement work of our army at present status; personnel management modeand its existing problems.The third part: analysis of the era of knowledge economy our army’s newmodel of talent management the significance of constructing our army atpresent,namely the change of talent management mode oneself exists such asmanagement and object content is too narrow,part of the management of weaklink in practical problems,face the arrival of intellectual economy times and ourpersonnel management the job raised new requirement and the challenge will bestrict requirements; is to improve the military ability and quality key; is topromote sustainable development is the foundation and core of troops.The fourth part of this part is the core of the era of knowledge economy,specific exploration of new-type talent management mode constructioncountermeasure,namely to establish a modern military personnel managementconcepts to guide our army new talent management model construction; construction of open and pluralistic personnel management pattern;institutional and cultural management to pay equal attention to; to strengthenthe high-end core talents management.The fifth part is the conclusion of the argument,throughout the text aresummarized,the conclusions drawn in this paper.
