Technical And Economic General Evaluation On The Project Of Utilizing The Urban Reused Water

The topic of the thesis derived from an important project launched by national natural science fund, i.e. research on reused water in western drought area, seriously short of water. The thesis is to sets up the technical and economic general evaluation indicators to successfully construct the project of utilizing reused water in the urban, on the basis of which the economic general effect evaluation is carried.On the thought of systematic analysis, in the system engineering of reused water, and to achieve the total goal of changing the wastewater useful, the thesis sets up the technical and economic general evaluation indicators in the four aspects of technique, economic, risk and social acceptance.In the way of cost-effect analysis, the thesis analyzes all the cost and effect caused by utilizing the reused water, sets up the economic general effect and cost indicators and transfers them to the money way as what I can.The utility of reused water not only has economic effect, but also has remarkable social and environmental effect, belonging to the external economic effect. In the view of economic, the thesis inners the above effect, so the invisible effect is changed to the visible income. Thus is the novelty in the thesis. Finally, the thesis carried a financial evaluation to a urban reused water program.
