Research On Protection Management In The Haihe River Water Environment

We must ensure that there should be enough water quantity and quality in order to realize many functions such as the water supply, flood prevention, opening to navigation, tour and sightseeing and leisure of the Haihe River, and to achieve the object of building the Haihe River into economic belt, sight belt and culture belt in topping and in its own characteristics.First, this paper introduces the current state of the serious water pollution and water shortage in the Haihe River water environment, points out that the main cause that gives rise to water pollution is municipal drainage, agriculture drainage in flood season and the bottom mud releasing pollutant, analyses the state that the Haihe River water supplement is reducing and the environment water is demanded more, and evaluates the supplement of headwater.Then, integrating the current problems, this paper further analyses the water quality standard which can satisfy with synthesis development and rebuilding of the Haihe River, puts forward some concrete measures to control the Haihe River pollution such as separating the rain and the pollutant, controlling the surface and headwater pollution, diversion and drainaging the feculence in agriculture, cleaning out the riverway , and feasibility advanced technology .Under the circumstance of ensuring the water quality, synthesizing the vaporization of rivernet and the Haihe River mainstream, losing amount of leakage, the greenbelt of the city area , the water using amount of environment, of industry and agriculture, the saving amount of channel etc., according to different requests for opening to navigation, sightseeing , leisure, water supply and tour, this paper analyzes the demand of a whole year's water amount based on different assurance rate and different seasons and designs the analysis and calculation of the water level and flux process in different periods of different riverway under the assurance rate. This paper also analyzes how to adjust the water resource reasonably, optimize the scheme and guarantee the least need of the water amount of the Haihe River. And it studies the technology that utilized effectively in every kind of water resource which accords with the development condition of Tianjin.
