On The Social Security Legal System Of European Union

Social security law is the total legal rules that modify the relations of social security. Social security legal system is founded and executed by legislation, the system is put into common force based on the authority of laws, which preserves the social stability, at the same time, which promotes the social improve and develop. Social security legal system, which performs the function to realize social fairness, is constituted of several legal systems: social insurance legal system, social assist legal system, social welfare legal system.As the highest level organization in social and economic in the world, EU legislate several system to resolve the social security problems in different member countries, which have different economic and social development. The social security legal system of EU is used for reference for China, which has a large population in dual social structure.On the background of China's entry into the WTO, the thesis puts forward some suggestions in the light of present situation of social security law system to construct a social security legal system in China, emphatically elaborates tentative plans. The social security legal system should be suited to Chinese local social and economic conditions, to all the people of multiply levels over all the country.
