Butler Asia Pacific Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Butler Manufacturing Company of USA, and it is the material supplier in the field of Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). Although PEMB materials industry is a branch of manufacturing industry, it is strong connected with construction and steel industry. And compare with high-tech field, PEMB is also a traditional field, but in China, Butler have excellent market further. Base on the analysis for US PEMB market, And depending on the theory of business management and stratagem management, researching the characteristic of PEMB industry, analyzing the economic and investment environment, we summarized the strength and weakness for Butler interior management, and the opportunity and threat for China market.
