Our country is vigorously developing natural gas industry by thecarring out of 'transporting natural gas form west to east 'engineering. Aiming at the irrational status of today Hefei's energy structure, this paper points out that Hefei city, who is along the 'transporting natural gas form west to east' engineering line, should grasp this opportunity, make a programmer and build perfectly for Hefei's natural gas engineering, regulate and optimize the city's energy structure, improve its environment effectively and thereby accelerate its development, Moreover, the paper forecasts Hefei's requirement of natural gas utilizing the method of blurring linear regression , probes into the price problem of natural gas considering Hefei's practical situation and draws a conclusion: if natural gas's price is rational, the city's natural gas market is large and has developmental potentialities.
