With the beginning of the Movig natural gas from west to east, urban fuel gas of China faces a good situation of great development in the beginning of the 21st Century. Along the Moving natural gas from west to east, there are over 400 cities involved in the overall planning of natural gas supply. It s very important to adjust the configuration of the energy sources, to improve the cities environment, to improve the life quality of the citizens and promote economy development. If cities along the pipeline make good use of the chance. To hold the chance of Moving natural gas from west to east, it can prompt the development of the urban fuel gas.The main area of Moving natural gas from west to east supllying is Yangzi River Delta.But along the pipeline Shanxi and Henan area will be profitted from the project .The Zhongyuan Oil Field has on the shoulders of supplying natural gas not only to the Henan Province but also to the Shandong Province. The project of Moving natural gas from west to east will provide gas recruit when the Zhongyuan Oil Field natural gas resource is lack.This article aims to research how the "Moving natural gas from west to east " support gas economy and to cognizant of confronted situation and development measures of Jinan urban fuel gas utilization. In this article introduces the superiority of natural gas, compares the differentia with the other gases. To analysis the situation and chance of Jinan urban gas, to find out the problem and policy, and find out a elemental way of reformation and development.This article makes the analysis and discussion of the major problems existed ,in the hope of attracting universal attention to decrease the risks existed in the construction of projects.
