Studies On System Of Chinese Government Supporting On Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises

Medium and small-sized enterprises (MSE) have been playing a great role in our country's national economy, but not been paid enough attention to for a long time after foundation of China, this resulted in many difficulties to MSE's development. Now people must attach importance to this question, because after socialist market economy developing some extent, policy element's restricting MSE's development become more and more prominent. The article made a study on the system of government supporting on medium and small-sized enterprise.Firstly the study explained MSE existing theory, reviewed briefly the relevant theories about relationship between government and enterprise and the means of government managing enterprise. Then the article analyzed the present condition of MSE's development and the difficult position, which MSE faced and mainly included two factors: one is internal existing problems, another is external disadvantageous influence. The paper also analyzed and evaluated development and evolution of MSE's policies since China's foundation. Finally the article conducted exploration about constructing system of government supporting of medium and small-sized enterprise from basis level, which mainly includes the swift of government function and building of law supporting system, and operation level, which mainly consists of fund supporting, technology innovation supporting, starting an undertaking supporting, opening up market supporting and the building and perfecting of socializing service system.
