In contemporary China's modernization process, the question of political transition is a focus of research throughout, among which many questions are not equal to political order issues, but can be transferred to the political order issue. The transition of political order is the special form over a period. About its research, it includes the general question of the political order, and its particular question of the transition. Based on this basic point, this thesis makes exploratory and experimental research on the political transition issue of contemporary China in all-sided transition. The exploration and experiment is of certain value and meaning.Besides the introduction, the thesis is divided into four parts. The content and logic is as follows:The first part, "the order and political order" . On the basis of understanding the order, we analyse what political order is, the structural elements and the varying courses. Then, we talk on relevant content of the political order transition, and lay particular emphasis on the factor analysis influencing the transition among them. This is a theory frame of this text. The second part, "political order of the Chinese society before reform and opening up to the outside world" . First of all, respectively from political entity, political system, political authority, we analysed what the political order should be of political orders. Secondly, we analysed the real state. Through the analyzing, this text thinks, to a great extent, the real-state political order is deviated from standardizing political order. The most basic order function has already been lost. Still more, there is no function of realizing basic value. The third part, "the political order transition of contemporary Chinese society" . This part is composed of two respects: first, why that kind of political order took shape, and is hard to sustain; seondly, what has impelled the transition. The logic of these two pieces of content is related: its own inherent contradiction made it hard to sustain before reform and opening up to the outside world. And various kinds of factors correlating with political order after the reform and opening have changed. To be specific, respectively from political system changes, economic changes political culturechanges and globalization, it launched. The fourth part, "the orientation of China's political order transition" . From theoretical angle, this part analyzed the system functions of democracy and constitution. At the same time, from the practical angle, it analyzed the problems of the two kinds of systems that lie in China and eliminated the wrong points. This text thinks the two kinds of orders are not only of order function, but also, of the function of realizing value relevant to all-sided development of people. Certainly, these two kinds of political orders are a whole, distinguishing is as such: the one reason, necessity of analysing; the other, standing out the two as a necessity of whole. Therefore, we think the democratic political order and political order of constitutional government are the trend of our contemporary China's political transition. This thesis has the following conclusions: (1)Any political order is not eternal. It varys with the inherent contradiction between the relations of production-productivity, and develops too. This is a dialectical materialist conception of history which accords with Marxism. Therefore, the transition of political order is inevitable. (2)Any political order not only has function of order, but also includes the function of value. Emphasizing the former will moves towards conservation and obtruration excessively, thus which leads to its stagnation; Emphasizing excessivly the latter will make value to be "unreal". We should seek a kind of "balance". This is very difficult in practice. To say in this meaning, the political order transition is more difficult. (3)In the political order transition, we should insist on the unity of tradition with reality, localization with internationalization, and the national characters...
