The Chinese democracy is frustrated in its development since the founding of the PRC. The obvious feature of Chinese politics is the political way of Chinese people choosed who took part in the form of Campaign. According to the Commonsense of academic, this thesis separates the period into two parts. That is to say, In the period which is from 1949 to 1957, Chinese democracy is relatively healthy, It is showed by the policy that "people's dictatorship should be Continued,s democracy should be extended" which was brought up and practiced; and by the ststemization and leglization Of democracy was advanced. This progress made Chinese democracy Stride over feudalism dictatorship. But in the Second part of this period, Chinese democracy was distorted and went astray. The obvious feature of this period is "people's dictatorship was strengthened too much" , and "democracy was extended too much" . This feature made the whole society be in a state of disorder.Why did this Phenomenon appear? I try to analyze it from the following four aspects: (1 )Chinese traditional Political Culture Caused the shortage of Chinese civil Culture. (2) The error that the leaders made when they judged the main social Contradiction under the effection of international Campagign set up a wrong aim for the whole society. ( 3 ) The democracy in party is not healthy. ( 4 ) The Xbackwardness of democracy's systemization and leglization made the democratic politics be in the state of having no guarantee.The events of this period let us a lot of lessons and it also provides a great deal of warnings to the democratic politics development in the future; we mustn't carry out class struggle carelessly in the course of socialist constructure , we can't adopt the policy of agrandiatism of the class struggle; To emancipate and develop productivity is the important factor to promote the domecratis politics development the spirit of thedemocratic politics must pay attention to fostering the conditions. Which promote the democratic politics to develop completely, then, the mutual optimination of the basic centent and concrete systems could be achieved. The tortuousity of the democracy is never the intentional sobtige of the democracy. We must integrate the lendership of the CPC and "people being the owner" and "rule by law" dialecticaly.
