With further integration of world economy, the relationship between culture and economy has become much closer. In some sense, trans-national management is cross-culture management and culture is the most important factor, which affects the success of trans-national management.The fact that in the globalization of world economy, international enterprises have made use of localization strategy, setting up their own culture and intensifying core competitiveness, has given rise to the thesis, which analyzes the evolution and trends in development of present theories on performance evaluation in enterprises. Based on the basic principles of cross-culture management and theoretic frame of BSC, as well as the author's own point of view, the thesis advances that these are five dimensionality in performance of cross-culture management, including: cultural adaptation and uses, creative studies, timeliness efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial profits. A set of target system on degree of culture conflict mitigation, ability of culture adaptation and degree of cross-culture melting is brought up in the following parts, which is scientific and widely adaptive. As for method of evaluation, the thesis uses specialist survey AHP and fuzzy evaluation comprehensively to evaluate the above target system, and testifies it through a case.It's hoped that research in this thesis will be helpful in trans-national management, making relative cross-culture strategies, promoting merging and understanding between different culture, obtaining invaluable and special enterprise culture, in order to enhance the quality of management in all aspects.
