Multinational Companies Cross-culture Management

If we can treat a company like a tree,then the company culture is its roots. If this tree wants to grow up to reach to the sky,it must have strong roots to support. Different countries have different culture therefore,the multinational companies can not avoid cross-culture management issues.The Human Resources is composed of those individuals from different cultural background. They speak different languages,different values,different society rules,and different thinking methods to develop the communication and cooperation barrier. This is the first issue that the multinational company have to face. This article starts from the knowledge of human nature,common value,human cognition ability to explore human being self factors within the organization,try to demonstrate the deep mechanism of cross-culture management. And also to introduce the cross-culture communication barrier and the barrier cause by the different cultural background. Based on all of these factors,to combine the theory regarding communication barrier to indicate some methods and solutions to overcome this barrier.Culture and management are twin with each other. This article indicates the relationship between culture and management and combines the character of the cross-culture human resources to analyze the training program in the multinational companies and ways to realize the management localization.Finally,from analyzing the particular character of Chinese,Japanese and American cross-culture management to transplant this type of management. It emphasizes renew the traditional culture,to select the renew transplant subject to be reformed in order to be localized well.In briefly,since the cross-culture deals with Management,Human Bahavior,Psychology,Philosophy,Culture Anthropology,Socialogy. Communication Media,Cross-culture communication,etc theories,I learned and tried to understand those theories to compose this article.
