After China's entry into WTO, the interdependent degree between China and every countries in the world is more higher, but at the same time, it is more fiercer in the competition of existence and development between China and other countries and nationalities. On one hand, corporations of China develop in other nation to fight for overseas market, on the other hand, corporations of foreign nation entry into China to strive for the big China market. So many cross-corporations grow up and become strengthened. However, when corporations develop in other nations, they confront with the problems of cross-culture management, which expresses the contradiction of globalization and localization. The root is the big difference in every nation culture. Therefore, the cross-culture management in enterprises is becoming more and more important.At first, this paper presents an explanation of the theory of culture, cultural difference and cultural coordination, which closely contact with cross-culture theory. After that, this paper sums up the emergency and development of cross-culture theory, and summarizes the cross-culture theory research achievements both inside and outside China, and probes into the contents of cross-culture theory. Meanwhile, it mainly analyzes the cultural difference and culture management of different culture, and selects culture of America, European, Japan and China as the typical examples of east and west culture. It systematically analyzes the culture difference between east and west sino-foreign joint ventures. In addition, it also analyzes and discusses the cross-culture management between east countries, which cultural differences are always ignored.Under the summarization of the theoretical research achievements both inside and outside China, it build a win-win model of cross-culture managementwhich is just through the course of completely copy of the pattern of foreign countries to the course of sino-foreign cultures pervasiveness. It discusses in detail the objective necessity of the win-win model of cross-culture management, and builds the procedures of the win-win model, which increases the stronger practical value of this paper. It also points out that real successful sino-foreign joint ventures are those who can utilize the culture differences to construct a win-win model of cross-culture management with competitive advantages.
