Now the third party logistic play a very important role in the society production. It has been one of the largest business. After China entering WTO the oversea logistic supplies will rush into China soon. The competation among logistic companies are more rough. In this ecomonic service era the theory of customer relation management had led to therorist and enterprise paying more attention. But the theory should be maken better which combine the TPL knowledge with service marketing. Even some of the TPL companies in China have maken use of the theory of customer relation management. The service marketing theory do not be taken as the core of it.Firstly the thesis discribes the TPL industry condition and introduction the TPL character. Secondly analyses the trade and marketing environment of TPL. At last analyzes the directive significance of "4C" module in TPL and discusses the module of carrying,controlling and assessing. The thesis can help the TPL company design their future marketing model.
