Getting in the new century, along with the continuous development in depth of economic reform and the shift of social structure, China is coming into a new era- produce power gains fast development, with unemployment, social insurance for old age followed, to integrate fast economic development and unemployment, poverty, the support for Old has become the issue that both the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council must attach great importance to and solve in time, however, complete social security system is the key to solve this issue, this essay attempts to seek in the new situation the measures and the new ideas of the development of china social security system, through analyzing the evolution of the development of our country's social security system, and drawing on the advanced experience of other countries in the development of the social security system and integrating the present situation of our country's development of the social security system on the basis of thoroughly summing up our success and failure of the past systematic patterns.
