On The Reform Of The Social Security System In Rural China : Reflection And Prospect

As an essential part of socialist market-oriented economy structures, perfect social security system ensures China's economy continuable development and the society long stability. Rural social security system is not only an important component of social security systems in China, but also an inevitable choice for an all-round well-off society. It plays an important strategic role. With the development of rural economy and the thorough of reformation of market system, the rural traditional security pattern has lost its economic base and lapsed into a state of congealment. Therefore, the voice of establishing and perfecting rural social security system is higher and higher. At present, it is of important strategic significance to speed up building and making rural social security system perfect. This can perfect China's socialist market economic system, enhance agricultural modernization, increase the continuable development of rural economy, decrease rural-urban disparities, diminish the social inequality, and actualize urbanization of national economy. Meanwhile it can help to meet challenges brought about by aging of population and carry out our basic policy —the family planning effectively.This paper, in the light of the feature of the social security interrelated and interacted on each other with other social regions, analyzed of China's rural social security system from sociological angle, economic angle, law angle, managerial angle, and so on. Firstly, the author demonstrated the implications of rural social security and the important significance about establishment and improvement on rural social security system in our country; Secondly, this paper, using a method of logic in coherence with history, reviewed the historical change of rural social security system in China, moreover, made an empirical analysis and a logos reflection; Lastly, this paper raised a strategic formulation to reform China's rural social security system: From a macroscopic angle, exactly, from the viewpoint of rural-urban combination, it is necessary to combine the establishment and improvement on rural social security system with the realization of the country's urbanization tightly.
