The Study On Present Transference Of Agriculture Land Of China

It is well known that China is featured with a large population, less land of per capita and deficient reservation of agriculture land resource. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance to revitalize rural land capital, improve land use management, effectively enhance agriculture land use as well as maintain socially and economic ally sustainable development in China. The thesis is devoted to the research on the present transference of agriculture land, focusing on the primary concepts, the state, models, current problems and the measures. On a basis of the research and discussion above, the thesis puts forward some strategies for the establishment and complement of agriculture land transference systems in China.In the preface, a brief introduction to the theme, background, the research state of home and fremdness, meaning, existing problems, research methods and innovation of the thesis is demonstrated. Chapter two of this thesis reveals the contents and discusses some problem that comes down to transference of agriculture land. The third part is analyzing present transference of agriculture land of China with economics theory, and it is necessary to perfect the present system of agriculture land. The part is also the analysis of the current problems of transference of agriculture land. The fourth part is seeking the model for transference of agriculture land. The model will be set up by the conclusion of the practice and economic theory. Hope to provide some theory instruction and practice basis for farmer and government. The last part is some suggestion. Try to offer some measures to promote transference of agriculture land.
