| Nowadays, with the fast development of technology and economy, the living level and environment of people also took place the variety of the continuous changes. However, with reforming nature, people suffered from all kinds of negative influence and quandary, such as environment depravation, ecosystem being out of balance, resources being short of and energy sources drying up etc. This phenomenon and the problems have to make people think how to improve mining and using efficiency .Mineral resources as disregenerative nature resources play important roles in whole national economy development. However, people are confronted with a series of problems such as the mining structure being out of balance and waste of resources because of the long-term extensive production model and laggardscience-technology management level.Based on the theories of" intensive production theories"," sustainable development" and" modern company system" ,the paper forecasted scientifically the equilibrium output and reasonable production scale in future 20 years on the basis of the profit and losses equilibrium and scale economy theories. At the same time, making use of the theories of operational research and conveyance problem etc, the paper optimized the superseding of mining working face and put forward the best superseding project. Finally, aiming at the intensive production problem of Wang-zhuang coal mine .the paper put forward some related measures and suggests, in order to provide Wang-zhuang coal mine with such assist and direction.
