Japan is the biggest trading partner of China, along with the variety of itsenvironment policy, the food trade barrier is increasingly severe, affectingseriously on the food trade with China. The article tells about the variety of the Japanese environment policy,expatiates and analyzes the development of related industry policies and itscharacteristics. It points out the advantages and the problems to develop greenfood industry. Then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the foodtrade. Recent years, Japan puts into practice of authentication system of foodproducts organism, which regulate that there is no pesticides fertilizerdistributor. In addition to practicing the organism food authentication systemto the vegetable, rice, domestic animal products, such as meat and eggs are practicedthe authentication system since 2002.
