Research On Strategy Pattern Of Technology Standardization Of Enterprise In Jilin Province

With the quickening of the economic globalization process, WTO/TBT which technical standardization becomes core content, remarkably influence on international competitive power. Under the frame of WTO, the enterprises can't already monopolize the domestic market in our country, which will face the competitions from numerous foreign enterprises, if they defense the domestic market and export their products, the enterprises should improve the technology standardization level in order to break the restriction of WTO/TBT in developed countries. At present, the competition among international enterprises based on themselves' own competitive advantage. Enterprise's technology standardization just have the function, which improves enterprises' core competitive and then the regional industrial competitive.As a landlocked province, Jilin Province isn't developed, whose GDP is much lower than the coastal provinces in our country. On the whole, the competitive of enterprises isn't powerful in Jilin Province. The industries have not the ability to compete with the multi-corporations from developed countries, even the corporations from developed coastal provinces, except the corporations in automobile and medicine industries in Jilin province. So the situation that Jilin province faces with becomes severe. Technology standardization has a important function, which is able to accelerate the speed of technical innovation and technical diffusion of enterprises, impel enterprises to pay attention to the research and development on the new products, update the products of enterprises, improve the quality of the products and technical level of enterprises, and accelerate the step of upgrading industrial structure, improve the competitive of enterprises and relevant industries. Since 1990s, especially after China entering WTO, Jilin Province has been strengthening the construction of technology standardization gradually, and has made certain achievement because of two reasons. On one hand, the reason is regulation of WTO/TBT on technology standard which has great impacted on the export of trading corporations in Jilin province, these factories have to improve urgently the technology standard of the products, as soon as possible in order to meet the rules of WTO/TBT in foreign countries; On the other hand, after entering WTO, some of the industries are in the initial stage or growth stage in Jilin province. They aren't able to compete with foreign multi-corporations, so our province should take certain measure to protect the development of these industries. Factories already realize the important function of technology standardization gradually in Jilin province, they begin to accelerate the process of technology standardization of enterprise. The government has strengthened the construction of technology standardization, and implemented a series of the local policies and measures, to promote the process of technology standardization of enterprises in Jilin province. Under this situation, how to promote enterprise competitive through implement technology standardized strategy, which has already become an important subject that the government and enterprise face in Jilin province in future.So, this paper regards it as the thread to promote the industrial competition advantage and enterprises' core competitive in Jilin province, make systematic analysis to implement technology standardization strategy of enterprise from two angles separately of government and corporation.
