The Study On Some Issues About Enterprise Management Strategy In The 21st Century

In this paper, under the direction of the theory of enterprise management strategy, it utilized the idea of system theory and combined with transformation of the enterprise management environment ,research some issues about enterprise management strategy. At the beginning, this paper analyse the transformation of enterprise operation environment at present, it include the characteristic of transition economy its influence on state-owned enterprise and the chance and challenge which china will meet with after we enter the WTO. The paper forecast the economy condition in the shirt and long period with econometrics model and I\O model, it also discuss the influence on state-owned enterprise under the period of information technology. On the basis of analysis of enterprise operation environment, the paper mainly research the strategy alliance, it put forward the conception model ~. establishment and distribution restriction. evaluation and risk analysis of alliance. Among those, it research the distribution and restriction of alliance with the method of game theory, and put forward how to strengthen the trust and stableness of the alliance Then, it divide the life cycle of visional enterprises .At last ,this paper design and develop the DSS of the enterprise management strategy.
