Research On The Problem Of Raising Money And Countermeasure Of The Middle And Small Type Corporations In Shenzhen

Among registered industry and commerce corporations in Shenzhen, middle and small type corporations account for more than 99%. For keeping continuous, fast, sound development of economy, they have very important function which cannot be replaced. They are important powers in constructing comparatively well-off society in full scale for all the people. By the end of 2003, their gross production and industrial interest and tax respectively account for about 65% and 51% among industrial corporations in Shenzhen. The obtaining employment of 86% is provided by them in city. And their exports account for 88%. However, under the background that the process of global economy unity is accelerating, China has joined in WTO, and the system of socialism market economy is in transitional period, the development of middle and small type corporations confronts many challenges. Especially the difficult position of raising money seriously restricts their development and becomes the "bottleneck" of development.Facing with the difficult problem, on the basis of deeply investigating and researching, this dissertation analyses middle and small type corporations and the theory of raising money about them, and in view of the problem of raising money in Shenzhen, puts forward settled scheme.The dissertation, consisting of three parts, gives a systematic discussion on the issue and countermeasure of raising money of the middle and small type corporations in Shenzhen.First part introduces the basic concept of middle and small enterprises, and it is accurate to introduce the boundary calibration of major middle and small enterprises of nations (districts) IN the world. The standard of the middle and small enterprise of our country has changed 4 times since the foundation of the state, and with the development of economic society, some changes have happened on the restrictions in the boundary to the middle and small enterprises surely. Then from the business cost theory and information economics, we discusses reasonable nature that the middle and small enterprises should exist. Finally we discusses the position and the effect of middle and small enterprises, points out the middle and small enterprises is the new increase point of the national economy of our country; the leading physical strength of our country technology innovation; the important guaranty to obtain employment and stablizies of our society; the follow-on safety valve of national economy; the basic physical strength of pledging fully to compete and flourishing market.The present situation and the question of middle and small enterprises inShenzhen are discussed in the second part. The recent rapid development of middle and small enterprises in Shenzhen is not only occupying the half of the country of Shenzhen economy, but also to be the major recievement of person ability and labour force inhales , at the same time also the important factor of the society stablizies , and has become the important physical strength to support Shenzhen national economy and society. But the middle and small enterprises in Shenzhen are also faced with many questions in their developing course, especially the question of money that seriously restricts the development of middle and small enterprises. The reason that creates these questions is fairly more complicated, including the aspect by the enterprise self and bank aspect, policy aspect and so on.
