This paper concentrates on the performance evaluate in the organization of technological service。Through the definition and character analysis of the organization of technological service, characteristic of organization, staff behavior, organization object, we get the integrated performance evaluate system of the organization of technological service。We should point out , a customer for emphasizing approval with service quantity needed by technological service which depends on the high degree responsibility, high-efficiency the organization of technological service to guarantee. Keeping good mental state, having the technique service type build up of the good service consciousness is the most core guarantee of a high-quality organization of technological service。We should see, in the organization of technological service, the employee's high and self-confident heart, sense of pride in character is all stronger with the independent, how to aim at these characteristic that keep employees of the organization of technological service to resolve to succeed .At the same time, technological service is a kind of service, technological service has the characteristics of getting the service result to investigate not easily, trouble duty define difficulty, work result not easy to evaluate, therefore, how to evaluate the member of the organization of technological service is urgent .The valid prize and punishment means is to urge the organization of technological service to keep high work efficiency, emerge good service attitude guarantees, this needs a set of complete and perfect evaluation system to guarantee. The organization of technological service of China is opposite and weak in the face of foreign technique competition, but provide the technological service is a valid path to increases competition ability of the organization of technological service.Therefore, this thesis studies the performance evaluate in the organization of technological service .In proceeding a flood of inquisition research to considers with the independent theories foundation, put forward the evaluation of system theories and method of the organization of technological service. It expatiates systematically the results evaluation of concept, connotation of the organization of technological service ,analyzes the importance of establishing the performance evaluate in the organization of technological service. At the same time, it designs a frame of performance evaluate in the organization of technological service in order to provide theoretical offer in proceeding evaluation.It's very important to study the performance evaluate of the organization of technical service whether theoretically or on the fulfillment. It is very mature on the research of performance evaluate of the organization of technological service in the study of human resource management. Many scholars in the academic circles put forward their own theories respectively from the different angle, the theory of performance evaluate have become one of the important part in human resource management.
