This paper studies enterprise competing strategies and basic rules, and Expatiates these rules and obligations that china should obey entering WTO. The paper analyzes macro effects that WTO will exert on our country and the new movement of technical changes that Multi-National Corporations (MNC) will exercise in China. The paper posts out that WTO will bring both opportunities and challenges to China. The paper also analyzes the situations large-scale enterprises and middle & mini enterprises are facing at the same time, the paper expatiates the competition between enterprises with ownerships, and points out the challenges and strategies that domestic corporations must face. The paper considers that the cause of domestic corporations which lack international competition capacities lies in following items: deficiency of R&D: weak competition: low level of management; low ability of international marketing; distemperedness of state's laws and policies; backward of corporation's culture. In allusion to these questions the paper points out corresponding strategies under WTO that domestic corporations must adopts. Domestic corporations should cultivate their own core competition capacities, pursue cost advantage, build globalization strategy, adopt diversiform management strategy, exercise system innovation, pay attention to brand construction and establish strategy alliance. In order to reply to purchase of MNC domestic corporations must take dummy management strategy and make their own main body of investment diversified. At last, through studying Haier, a domestic MNC which has 60 billion yuan turnover per year, the paper analyses Haier's international competing strategy and ideas and the paperbrings forward a series of answering international competing strategies for domestic corporations under WTO conditions.
