The Research On Integrity Of Chinese Enterprise's Adminrstration System

Two or three management system coexist ; they have the same common elements and operate under a united management framework, such a system is called "Integrated Management System ". Especially, an integrated management system is constituted with ISO9000,ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000.Setting up an integrated management system can help people recognizing and grasping law of management and establishing an identical management basis.In such an integrated system, managers can dispose man-power scientifically and optimize management structure of the organization; they can enhance the efficiency through carrying out activities which have the same management demands .With the help of the integrated system, management costs would be reduced.This three standards adopt the same thoughts and methods in a management system and their structure is very similar; the demands for their managerial contents and for the rules and methods is same. Therefore, it is feasible to set up an integrated system in theory.In this thesis, starting from the constituents of three standards , the author analyzes the feasibility and difficulties. With an example, the author illustrates the main jobs which must be done in seting up an an integrated system, including the gists for planning Resigning and auditing the integrated system. In the end, the author analyzes the problems in establishing an integrated management and provides solutions for these problems.
