Research On Enterprise Integrated Planning System Based On SCM

The cooperation among enterprises and information integration are two key thoughts of supply chain management, and exactly what main planning methods and systems existing now (such as ERP, JIT, TOC, DRP, etc.) are scared when facing supply chain management too.From this point, the paper establishes enterprise integrated mechanism based on strategic partnership and information integrated mechanism based on information sharing, and consequently realized the integration of supply chain resources completed by planning system. Based on this, the paper proposes a overall model and a sub model of enterprise planning system under the mode of supply chain management. The overall model includes three parts: commission implement policy-making layer based on strategic partnership, execution control layer based on information sharing mechanism, and the core planning layer integrated with MRPII, JIT, and consequently complete the integration of the planning function of ERP and the control function of JIT guided by supply chain management, and realize the leap in the traditional planning system function.Planning system perfect and develop constantly in operating, this text propose the implementation frame of the system finally, and have established the performance measure system based on the balance scorecard in order to promote and guide the implement of supply chain planning system and improve it later.
