The Research And Realization Of Effectiveness Integrated Evaluation Of Quality Management System Based On Feature Variables

Quality is the eternal theme of the enterprise. At the same time, quality has become more and more important in everyday life. At present, it is the hot point to establish the Quality Management System (QMS) with ISO9000 standard, according ISO9000 to promote the quality management and to advance the product quality and to advance the satisfaction of customer. To every enterprise that sets up the QMS with ISO9000, one of the eternal themes is to improve the effectiveness of the QMS constantly. However, with the running of the QMS, how to judge the management of the QMS is effective, and what degree of the QMS fit for the ISO9000 standard. This task has not aroused enough response all over the world. In this paper, we research on it.Firstly, this paper gives out that using the feature variables to depict the attribute of the process and action, the integrated evaluation based on the feature variables. Secondly according the effectiveness analyzing gives out the evaluation index system. Thirdly chooses the Grey Integrated Evaluation method to set up the conception model and mathematics model of the integrated evaluation of the QMS. Finally developing a suit of Real-Time evaluation prototype system of the QMS (EISQMS) .In this paper, the following tasks have been accomplished:1) Analyzes the request of the effectiveness of the QMS with the ISO9000 and the actuality of the running of the QMS. Point out the meaning of the effectiveness integrated evaluation of the QMS.2) Divides the QMS into system process action just three layers. And gives out that using the feature variables to represent the attributes of the process and action's effectiveness. According this sets up the system structure of the EISQMS.3) According to the partition of the three layers and the evaluation criterion of the QMS gives out the evaluation index system. At the same time gives out the corresponding relationship of the feature variable system and the evaluation index system.4) Chooses the grey comprehensive evaluation method as the evaluation method of the EISQMS. Through the grey comprehensive evaluation method sets up the conceptual model and the mathematics model of the EISQMS, then comes out the evaluation result.5) Through the running of the EISQMS, According the integrated evaluate result of the QMS in real-time, finds out the faults of the QMS in real-time.
