Under the backgrounds of kownledge economy, how about study knowledge, create knowledge and transform knowledge become problem who enterprise care togethers already high-efficient. Besides, with developping constant and deeply economically, the scope of the enterprise is expanded constantly, It is not the flexibility of losing the small enterprise at the same time how to make enterprises produce the large-scale production constantly, It is in other words, how to" make the elephant able to dance"? All these have already become questions that enterprises must face . During the process of solving these problems in the enterprise, America and Europe and the success enterprises of Japan prove " group" a kind of success, effective organizational form constantly. The concept of" group" is fashionable too. But how to build a successful group? The way of team building is not popular, To how many very shallow understanding that build groups most it will be people. So, it is necessary for us to study the discussion on how to how the question of building group. It is one of the successful key factor of team building that the author thinks the incentive mechanism and designs.This text rounds the concept of" group" at first, it is analysed that people are to the mistaken ideas which" group" realize, Have done relatively deep defining to" group" concept , has made the difference of group" and" work team"," colony" and" group",etc. clear. At last, build the research and development incentive mechanism of group of the author's company( C company) for the foundation, Make a concrete analysis of the mode of team building, aim at offering reference for similar team building.
