In a changing world, teams are being set up for a variety of reasons and there is a constant stream of people joining and leaving. The leader' s challenge is to identify skills, build harmony and retain focus, often within tight timescales. Team' s action is more and more important. But there is a great deal of material available for building teams, most of which is designed to enable people to start to work together. Often, very little thought is given to what happens next -when they are expected to produce results, but could be experiencing problems.The thesis proceeds with the definition of work teams, and relates it' s developed process and theories, especially the human nature releases of the organization and inspiration theories. On the grounds of the practical experience which be once set up an insurance sale' s working- team, the author discussed the way, path and possible facing problems on the process of building working-team based on the model of encouragement management.The thesis is made up of three chapters. In chapter one, the author takes a view at the theories of working-team. In chapter two, the thesis introduces the incentive management theory and the course to build a high results working-team on the basis of incentive theories; the textual part of finally is a solid of business enterprise of developments, management of team, and through the above related theories, the author analysis the team member constitute and the related system, team of team led the style etc, At last, under the knowledge of the above discussed, together with her own experiences, the author puts forward some ways on how to build a high results work team which are mainly based on the model of incentive management and hope it will be good at some working-team managers.
