A Study Of Administrative Reform In Modern China

The administrative reform is a common concern of the modern countries, which is also a major topic of the administration science. Since the reform and opening to the outside world, our country has carried out administrative reform for several times and accumulated some useful experiences. However, they didn't achieve the desired results, but were caught in the strange cycle of "simplification-expansion-re-simplification-re-expansion". The actual cause is that the theoretical research of administrative reform lags behind. Up until now, no systematic and farsighted theory concerning administrative reform has been put forward to guide the practice. That the theory lags behind the practice is becoming a more and more prominent problem restraining the administrative reform in our country day to day.
