The Use For Conceptions Of Modern Enterprise Management In Government Administrative Reform

Applying the theory of administration management, adopting criterion study and demonstration study, this article analyzes the government administrative reformations of the Westerns and China deeply. And it puts forwards some useful ideas finally. The article includes six parts totally. The fist part is the introduction. In this part, it analyzes the theoretical and practical meanings of this study, research state in home and abroad, the problems need to be solved in the paper, the main theories and methods applied in the study, structure of the article and the innovation points. The second part is the basic theories of administration management. It mainly analyzes the changes of conception of administration management and the relation of government and market, based on which, it introduces the theory of government management. This is the foundation of the use for conception of modern enterprise management in government. The third part is Chinese government administrative reform and its problems. It reviews the government administrative reforms in China, analyzes the problems in government and then puts forwards the direction of government administrative reformation in China. The fourth part is the use of the conception of modern enterprise management in the government administrative reforms of the western countries. It introduces the background of the government administrative reforms of the western countries, and then introduces the main measures in America, London and New Zealand. At last, it evaluates the effects of the government administrative reform. The fifth part is the use of some conceptions of modern enterprise management in government. It mainly introduces six conceptions of modern enterprise management. This part is the focal point in the article. The last part is the conclusions.Through the analysis, the article obtains the following conclusions. The fist is how to deal with the relationship between government and market is the main problem need to be solved in government reform. The second is that although the main measures and stresses in western government reforms are different, there is a common trend that is applying the conception of modern enterprise management. The third is that according to the problems of Chinese government administrative reform, referencing the experiences of the western government reforms, Chinese government administrative reform should run a way with Chinese characteristics, at the same time, it can referent some conceptions of modern enterprise management.
