The Rational Consideration Of The Training Objective Of The Legal-Science Education For Undergraduates In China

The coming society is governed by law while the future competition is controlled by talents. The construction of legal state lies in the education of legal science whose starting point is the recognition of its training objective. With the arrival of the new century, China is devoting itself to the construction of both market economy and legal state of socialism. It's assumable that with the fast pace of modernization in China, legal talents, especially, such talents with high quality will contribute to our society. From this point, with upon the basis of making the past serving the precent while foreign things serving China and standing at the present while taking a broad view of future, this article probes the current situation of the education of legal science for undergraduates as well as judging the foreign models. Under the background of economic globalization in the 21rd century, the law concurrence and the internationalization of talents, this cuticle constructs the contemporary training objective of the legal-science education for undergraduates in China.This article includes Four Parts:Part I . On the basis of definition, this part differs three easily complexed couples of definitions, namely, education and high education, education of legal science and education of law and the objective of education and the objective of training.Part II. This part analyzes the general training objective of the current undergraduate education in China as well as the developing procedure of the legal-science education. This part is the core of the whole article which under the macro-backgromds of modern society, reveals the high quality education of legal science for undergraduates is following the trend of economic globalization as well as legal internationalization, and also the needs of our society. Finally. It reveals the above mentioned training objective: "legal talent" (all round legal talent with high quality).
