The Study About The Organization Pattern Of Cluster-based Innovation And Innovative Networks

middle-small enterprises cluster with the merit of "inflexible specialization" is an industrial phenomenon studied by domestic and alien scholars. On the basis of previous theory, the paper puts forward the organization pattern of cluster-based innovation, aiming at studying the deficiency of innovative resources of single company in middle-small enterprises cluster from the point view of theorem. Firstly narrates the connotation of the organization pattern of cluster-based innovation, and then puts forward the explicit process of organization pattern, including study, collaboration, participation, assessment. The mechanism of supporting the organization pattern of cluster-based innovation is the cluster-based innovative networks. The paper establishes the theoretical pattern of cluster-based innovative networks, and in practice setting up innovative platform and exerting the functions of enterprises, government and university, scientific institution are necessary for raising innovative networks. In the end the paper explains the two important fields of the organization pattern of cluster-based innovation, including production innovation and administration innovation.
