On The Application Of Working Study In Kelon's Metal Manufacturing Factory

Working study is a contemporary scientific technology. With the systemic methods, scientific processes, productive technology and organizational conditions, it can bring us high productive efficiency. This technology has been applied fledged, but in our country it is short of method studying and working measurement. Even in DongFeng car manufacturing factory, we only focused on experimental research and analyzing in some streamline process. This paper analyse working study about development and application in the future , features of application, at the present situation the factories faced in China.This paper analyzes the production of Kelon's manufacturing factory with the use of working study. According to the research of action studying, it improves the techincs route and replaces the equipments. According to the time studying, it reassures the time and process of all of the details. Then according to the technical process and norm quota of time, we designate the synthetic meter of refrigerator, air conditioning and frost case (the three products amount to 1200 details).So we not only replace the human resource and operation occasions, but draw up working center on the base of working study. With the practice of working study in Kelon's manufacturing factory, this paper analyses the difficulties of working study the factories faced at the present situation in China. According to the fact of traditional sense of value, rigid payment construction, and being lack in innovational sense, finally, this paper carry out the key elements of working study practice successfully at the respect of patiently work of persuading importance of leader's respecting, participation of everyone, scientific attitude, spirit of innovation , and so on.
