Study On Management Of Police Working Schedule

Due to internal and external factors,the situation of overtime and overload become a common phenomenon for policemen all over the country,which bring a great negative impact on their physical and mental health,family life and spare time.Facing these problems for many years,it seems that the public security organs can hardly do anything.They merely rely on the past management experience to solve the case-based problems and fail to find a scientific and long-term solution.My paper is based on the Beijing Public Security Bureau A,through investigating the general situation,understanding the current situation,putting forward specific suggestions to improve the work time management of the police.The data of this study comes from interviews and questionnaires,and consulting relevant research literature,historical data and the author's own experience and observation,it analyses various factors affecting the current police working time management,including the social environment,the working characteristics of the police,the organizational management and the individual factors of the policemen.In view of the existing problems and influencing factors in the management of working hours of police in person,this paper puts forward the basic principles and countermeasure to improve the management of working hours of police.The management of police working hours should follow the principles of law,people-oriented,fair,scientific,operable and participatory.Public security organs should establish a specialized system of working time management and a system to supervise the implementation,through standardized processes and methods to arrange the working time of police scientifically and meticulously.
