Along with the springing up of IT industry and the coming of information society, Chinese IT manufacture is developing rapidly. As a fast developing industry, IT manufacture needs a promising development of market, as well as the support from material and human resource. Human resource has become the most important resource for the IT manufacture, which is a high-tech industry . Employees with good educational background have got into the core of creating values for enterprises. More and more enterprises depend on talents. And how to motivate employees has become the principal problem facing enterprises .IT manufacture is different from other industries no matter in inner structure or outer environment. The paper analyzes the current development, inherent features, the features of human resource and' the features of motivation mechanism of IT manufacture. And then the paper discusses the effects, principles and operational procedures of eight approaches of motivation by money , stock future, honor and status, responsibility, career planning, training, and company culture, government and analyzes the status quo and problems of IT manufacture's motivation mechanism.Taking the company of H for example, the paper illustrates the operational pattern, current situation, industrial status and human structure thoroughly. After studying the company of H Co.'s motivation mechanism from the angle of employees' ranking and analyzing the different behavior features and demands of employees in different ranks , the paper illustrates the factors affecting employees' enthusiasm and provides effective measures to motivate employees. It is emphasized that different policies should be adopted to motivate employees in different ranks and even to employees in the same stratum different policies should be employed ,which combines the strengths of motivation by material and spirit, short-term motivation and long-term motivation. It points out that the motivation system should take "human" into consideration, and study the features of people and their demands, and attach importance to the mutual development of employees and enterprises. It gives prominence to the thought of human-centered management.The paper discusses IT manufacture's reliance on human resources and the importance of talents training. Then it focuses on establishing study organization, training systems and specific principles ,operational processes and ways of managementon employees' career planning and their training, The paper establishes a career-developing model and reaches the conclusion that training can improve employees' career development. The paper brings forward 6 countermeasures to solve the problems facing the IT manufacture's motivation mechanism , namely, scientific performance assessment system, effective rewarding system, promotion system staff training system, company culture and local employee strategy of multinational Co.
