With the social developing and the living pressure of people adding, with the demands for the high-qualified personnel in the society rising, more and more people want to accept all kinds of education and all types of training in order to improve their qualities. The desire is becoming stronger and stronger. As a result the training hot is arising in the society during the several years. The training industry is becoming a rising and popular industry. The out-of-school training for children as an important part in this industry is developing fast. In the children' market there is the training hot. It is not only because that the children are the our motherland's future and our country's hope and so it is necessary for them to be educated and trained, but also because that with the Chinese families living standard rising and the family-structure changing and more and more family free-time and more time, money and the parent's energies devoted on the children, this market of out-of-school training for children is emerging and developing. At the same time when the reforming and opening are depening and the national management to the education policy is unseting, especilly the country policy about the education and the training conducted by the social strength makes this market flourish as a catalyst Therefore, the research for this training market is becoming a topic and a necessarity.But the reaserch on the training market is focusing the adult continual education and traing and the training for the enterperise staff. The study about the out-of-scool training for children is not enough. This thesis wants to research this topic in order to fit for the necessarity and the shortage.Marketing is an important topic of this market. Based on this topic, the thesis is researching this market. The thesis has researched the current market situation in the nation and in Chongqing applying the relative marketing theories and researching ways, specially for these questions about the market characters, the market-developing potentialities, the industry characters, the market demands and the market threat etc. At the same time the thesis has researches this market by a vivid case-researching about a typical organization of the same kind and worked out a set of marketing strategies. This thesis hopes that not only these strategies can have the reference value for the researched organization, but also they can have some avails for the other organizations of the same kind.
