With economic and social development,the prison as our country importantpenalty execution department, much attention should be paid to. In recent years, ourcountry constructs the socialism harmonious society as the development goals, theprison play a crucial role in it. With the development of society, competition pressureis bigger and bigger.Only by constantly improving competitiveness, the organizationwill be better develop. Performance management is one of the best methods canimprove the competitiveness of the organization.This paper mainly studies the organization,implementation and improvementof human resources performance management for Y prison police. This paperanalyzes the resources performance management situation of Y prison police and thedevelopment at home and abroad to prison in the human resources performancemanagement.It introduces the concept of performance and main contents ofperformance management, the related concepts and main contents, the basic methodof performance appraisal.Also it discusses the whole process of the performancemanagement, including precondition, performance planning, performanceimplementation, performance assessment, performance feedback and performanceplans to update and revise.This article has carried on the analysis of governmenthuman resource management, the main content and the basic characteristics ofmeaning.This paper studies Y prison which exists in the construction of the previoushuman resources performance management on the shortcomings, such as theevaluation result of the application of human resource performance Y prison superiorleadership can not be very good, not very good analysis of the defects of the existingY prison.According to the analysis of the existing shortcomings of Y prison when theestablishment of the performance management, to find out the solutions, combinedwith the actual situation of Y prison, constructed a set to suit the Y prison policehuman resources performance management.Only a suitable Y prison police their own human resources performance management, fully mobilize the working enthusiasmof the entire Y prison police and promote the comprehensive development of Yprison.To study and put forward countermeasures to improve Y prison police humanresources performance evaluation system, optimizing the Y prison police humanresources performance evaluation system.Improve the overall quality of Y prisonpolice through the optimization of Y prison police human resources performancemanagement.Through these measures, make the Y prison police human resources toget better development, lay a solid foundation in human resources to achieve thetransformation function and the economical function of the prison.
