Market competition is competition for talents , eventually. Talented persons are the most important resources which will decide the flourish and enervation of an enterprise. Modern enterprises should have the advantage of human resources and they could get the final triumph in the intense competition. All designs, the products of the architecture enterprises come from the idea and creativity of the architect without exception. Excellent designers are the basic resource of the designing enterprise.The thesis sets the human resource management of the HeBei Institute of Architecture and Design(HIAD) as its object of study. First, this paper begins with the personality of the human resources, introduces the concept and theory of HRM, put forward the significance. Second, based on the theory of HRM, the thesis analyses with necessity HIAD's current state of HRM and points out the advantages and barriers. It applies the gray forecasting model so as to forecast the HIAD's demand for HR on a scientific base. It also makes use of AHP in the analysis of the desired quality of HIAD's HR. finally, it provides with the strategic countermeasures for HIAD to take in HRM, thus making HIAD further strong with reference value.
