The 21st century is an age of knowledge economy. The revolution of information realized the transition of labor object from natural material to knowledge. The competence of economy focuses more on competence of human resource. To gain competitive advantage, organization cannot neglect the management and development of human resource. To attract, cultivate, and motivate organizational members has been the key of organizational development and success. Then scientific human resource management has been one of the important functions of modern management.Since the "Revolution and Openness", the private enterprises have contributed a lot to economic development, and private economy has been the important part of Chinese economy. But as China entered into WTO, theeconomic globalization forced private enterprises to face the new challenge-human resource challenge, which has slowed the development of private enterprises. The shortage of human resource in private enterprises is that private enterprises lack a scientific human resource management system, which fits with the reality of Chinese private enterprise. So how to design and establish a scientific human resource management system, which can meet the needs ofprivate enterprises in the information age, is an urgent problem for discussion.The FT Company is a typical private enterprise; to establish a human resource system in it has realistic meaning. This dissertation begins with diagnosis of the FT Company, analyzing the reality and problem, especially the problems in human resource management, and on the basis of research and analysis of human resource management in the FT Company, puts forward the detailed plan of establishing human resource management system. During the process of research, many kinds of modern theories of human resource management have been put into use, which confirmed their use in practice.
