The Innovation Capability Management Research Of JiaLing Group Technology Center

China JiaLing Group is a great internal enterprise, which is the biggest motorcycle manufacture in China. Science 1980, JiaLing Group keeps on technology input and absorption to improve their innovation system, and has gotten a great successful performance. In the mean time, the development organization of JiaLing gradually became a winner in competition, now already has met national technology center level requirements. As an integration of research, development, the technology center is becoming a key point to innovation system. Through serial technology innovation, JiaLing has made a great progress and gotten a great achievement in the market. Facing contest in the market, how to raise their core capability is the focus topic in this thesis, and the thesis has researched the topic from technology innovation and technology center management angle.Appling relation theories of technology innovation and enterprise technology center, the thesis has done a research about the capability of innovation. At first, the thesis introduced the status of innovation in enterprise's development and pointed out the important role acted by technology center in modern economic society. And also introduced some organization mode in innovation from R&D group, new production department, technology center, listed 3 examples from US, Germany, Sweden. According to the experience from foreign countries, the thesis pointed some enlightens on innovation for Chinese enterprises. Second, having a description of the statue of technology center in innovation, the thesis analyzed the main factors affected innovation and set up an assessment to innovation capability. Third, by investigation, draw a conclusion about the assessment and gave some suggestions to improve capability innovation.Final conclusion: According to the experience of foreign country, JiaLing technology center should improve innovation capability, innovation system, and program management.
