Panzhihua Iron And Steel Group's Technological Innovation Capability Study

In this competitive world, the most inportant competition ability of the corporations is the innovation ability. The pressure of technical progess and market competition makes the corporations eager to make technological innovations(TI). As one of the pillar of national economy, TI capacity Of iron and steel enterprises relates drectly to the prospect of national economy . It is realistically significant for an enterprise to evaluate its TI capacity objectively, scientifically and efficiently. Only in this way can an enterprise scientifically realize its TI capacity in its COipetitiion with its counterpart, employ appropriate innovation strategy , make full use of its advantages an achieve the best economic and social benefits.The article aims at the corporations' in expectation of realizing their own ability ,tries to establish a practical evaluation indicator system of technological innovation ability .The corporation can use the system to realize all fators that composed its ability .Through the valuation process, the corporation can not only find out the weaknesses but also try to find out the way to solve it , than improve the ability at last. The innovation of the article embodies in: ①Constructing evaluation index set of enterprise' s technological innovation ability on base of which the article brings up evaluation index system ; ②Combining the grey theory with the analytic hierarchy process , evaluation method becomes more practical and reliable .And the article gives a comprehensive evaluation to the technological innovations capacity of PanZhiHua Steel Company . In the first part , the author expounds the theories to the TI capacity and introduces its concept, intension, characteristic and the composeing elements,makes an analysis of affecting factors,, together with thosespectific factors of TI capacity from the following angles environmentalelement, featuresof the enterprise , innovational model and so on ----allof which set a base of theory researth for the drawing up ofthe evaluation index in the following part of the paper. Then, the paper in detail the twobasic factor of the indicator system----the core ability of TI and thesupporting system on the bound of TI course management , have a systematic decomposing and evaluating with content and meaning , on the base of which the article constructs the evaluation indicator system. At the same time, the paper chooses multilayered gray evaluation method as the method employed in the present paper, and makes a systemtic evaluating on the TI capacity of PanZhiHua steel group company as the sample researth . Finally the paper gives suggestions on how to bring up and improve the company' s independent innovation capacity .
