Research On Information Sharing Of Partner In Supply Chain

Since 1990s,competition is more and more fierce with the fast advancement of technology, developing productivity, forming of global information network and global market, and change of consumer demand, which bring a innovative transformation of the traditional management thoughts and operation models of enterprise management. As a new idea of enterprise management, the supply chain management is influencing the market competition mode greatly. Information sharing is the key constituent of the SCM, the success of the SCM needs to be based on high-quality information sharing among every node of enterprise, and information sharing is significant to the SCM. But in fact, the enterprises also face many obstacles during the process of information sharing, some of them are unwilling to do it, some of them have difficulties to do it. Therefore, the problem of information sharing among the partners in the supply chain is tried to be studied for the practice of it.Several aspects, including the process of information sharing, the technical supporting system of information sharing, the organization of information sharing, are mainly studied in this article.Firstly, depending on the basic theory, the relative concepts of information sharing are introduced, including the concept of supply chain and information, the character, principal and contend of information sharing in a supply chain.Secondly, a simple mode of information sharing is set up, the distortion of information and the effect to the inventory cost is analyzed in separate information environment or centralized, it is proved that the distortion of information and the cost of inventory can be reduced in information sharing.Thirdly, the process of information sharing is analyzed, including collecting, transferring, storing, analyzing, and feedback of information. Based on it, a management mode of information flow in supply chain and its improved mode are presented.Fourthly, main information sharing technology, the design of informationsharing system, information sharing secure technology, and the benefit-cost analysis of information sharing technology in a supply chain is introduced, it is pointed out that the enterprise should choose the most suitable mode of information sharing according to the actual situation in order to achieve the best effect.Fifthly, the relative problems of organization in the environment of information sharing are discussed.At last, the instance of Haier Group Company is introduced.
