Information Sharing For Supply Chain Management And Its Realization In Technology Model

It is very important for SCM to realize information sharing, which can assist SCM to increase channel transparency, make cooperative action reality, bring more profit to feed all partners on the whole chain. Thus, it is needed to erect an information interchange platform to integrate all information points, or build the infrastructure again. Based on this factor, the author explores the technology model to realize information sharing.The thesis begins from the basic knowledge of information sharing, also considering the development tendency of related technology, the author analyses the process of traditional information sharing in SCM and the shortage of the traditional technology. Considering practical requirements and complexity and extensity in SCM system, the platform is needed to possess these qualifications: online-expansion, online-maintenance and fault-tolerance, therefore, the Autonomous Decentralized System is introduced to this field.In the third part of the thesis, the author takes Haier Groups for an example to demonstrate the manufacturing center and the market department can realize information sharing so that can remove the bottle-neck in traditional mode, which can speed up to response the order form and improve the flexibility and agility of the whole supply chain. With the large-scale and complexity in SCM development, such qualifications are necessary for the system: online-expansion, online-maintenance and fault intolerance. The technology model of information sharing is build to solve the above problems, in which model a heterogeneous system is integrated. It is required to consider not only the practical situation in the enterprises of our nation, but also the particularity of dynamic alliance in SCM itself, and the probably existent problems in technology.
