The emerging area of Supply Chain Management has received considerable attention in the academic and managerial press, yet there are many practical questions regarding the successful management of Supply Chain. The study is based on the research result of Robert Monczka: The Successful Attributes of Partnership are trust, coordination, interdependence, information participation & sharing, and the existence of a formal supplier / commodity alliance selection process. The paper first draws out the necessity of establishing Supply Chain Partnership for Xian Janssen by SWOT analysis, then works out a Supplier Chain Partner Selection System for Xian Janssen through AHP, and applies this Selection System into the vendor evaluation practice of Xian Janssen. The analysis employs both qualitative and quantitative data, collected through both internal and external reference of Xian Janssen. It eliminates the cooperation risks generated by the incomplete information to some extent, and helps to set up trust between both parties, to reduce the transaction cost considerably, to accelerate the response speed of the whole supply chain towards the market demand, by establishing the Information Sharing Mechanism between supply chain partners. From the perspective of Xian Janssen as the core company in Supply Chain, the paper explores the technical realization of Information Sharing between Xian Janssen and its Supply Chain Partners, with the comparison between both Electric Data Interchange (EDI) and E-Commerce.
