Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system is a variety of integrated management information system, which is developed on the basis of Manufacturing Resource Planning(MRP II). In recent years, more and more enterprises began to draw into this system, but there is a little to be succeeded. One of the important factors is that there is no comprehensive analysis about present conditions of enterprises. Meanwhile, major business processes are not carded in detail. As a result, there is no abundant foundation when ERP system is selected. There is a great deal of ignorance to some extent. In the thesis, combining with HB Hardware Company's specific situation, research and exploration are to be done in this aspect in order to provide a set of earlier stage scheming plan of ERP and improving implement effect.Based on the relevant theory of the ERP, BPR and so on, the author especially emphasizes the importance of business analysis and designing. Firstly, HB Hardware Company's situations are analyzed in full scale. The author points out the major issues of the company at present. And then, linking ERP, BPR system ideologies and information technology, the author designs reengineering program of HB company to the major business processes, which includes method of material coding, sales management, choose and purchase management, production control, stock management, outside cooperation management, etc. The functions and characteristics of the new scheme are analyzed and described in detail. Based on the above-mentioned, according to the principle and technology route of establishing ERP system, aimed at the issues in implementing ERP and beneficial prerequisite of HB company, the author puts forward whole scheming program, consisting of selection rules ofHB's ERP, system construction, net's framework, and so on. Finally, the author goes step,further to offer qualitative evaluating indicators of ERP, making clear earlier stage preparedness work etc. It is important for the company to implement ERP system fluently.The scheming program in the thesis has been communicated and discussed with HB company in detail and in full scale. It is considered that the program is practicable relatively for the company, conforms to the company's actual situations and medium-long strategy, providing a full comprehension of ERP system. There is higher reference worth to the implementation of ERP in the foreseeable future.
