Research On Evaluation Of Enterprises' Technological Innovation Performance Under Network Environment

On the time period of network, evaluation of enterprises' technology innovation rely not only on the uses of traditional index system such as input and output, but also on the extent that the enterprises take into account such as index system thatshows the network factor. resource coordinat both inside and outsides knowledge hases of entprprises. It is a great challenge for both entrepreneur and scholar, how to combine traditional andnetwork factors that been included index system.Hased on this ananlyze, this paper first summarizes the theorys of evaluation of enterprises' technological innovation from both theory and practise point of view. On the basis of charactcrristics and information consummation in the network analysis, it gives four crucial factors that influence performance effect of innovation by means of regressive methodology. Subsequently, this paper builds the norm system of performance evaluation model and sets up performance evaluation model for enterprises' technological innovation based on ANN network under network environment. These models have been used to practical evaluate the operation performance of enterprises' innovation, and given the good effect. According to a model based on ANN and used to analysis relation between the performance and its influence factors, we can not only conclude the performance effect of enterprises' technology innovation, but also give key factors that influence performance of technological innovation under network environment, it provides guidance for performance control. Finally, the paper gives several ways to improve innovation performance.
