Research On Performance Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Platform In Chengdu

Nowadays, the science and technology is developing rapidly, has becoming the new economic force of international development and sci-tech innovation plays a more and more important role. Technological innovative platform as an integral part of national innovation system can promote the indigenous technological capabilities.Intensify the construction of technological innovation platform is to adapt to the rapid development of science and technology; meanwhile, it is an important power to push ahead the technology society. Technological innovative platforms in Chengdu are a ubiquitous part of national technological innovative platform. It is the key to speed up the construction of the foundational technological condition that influences the achievement of the technologically prosperous strategy and the improvement of the ability of technological innovation. It has built some multi functional service platforms and many major industrial technology platforms since the technological innovative platforms in Chengdu operate. However, the performance evaluation to technological innovative platform of Chengdu is still scare, but the correct evaluation can promote the development of the science and technological of Chengdu.This paper studies the performance evaluation of technological innovative platform of Chengdu. Through analyzing many literatures, the study clearly defined the Performance of Technological innovation platform as well as functions. Then, give one example to clarify the effect of technological innovative platform for industrial development. On this basis, the index system of technological innovation platform Performance of Chengdu was constructed. It should be evaluated from the following three aspects:platform funds management, platform construction, platform service, and further divided into nine sub criteria and twenty-five alternatives. Furthermore, establishes the computing model for the performance evaluation, and some data processing, empirically testifies validity of the system by analyzing the case of Chengdu agriculture science and technology innovation service platform. Finally, puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the existing problems.
